Friendship Week

This week, in Primary we all had a lovely time doing lots of friendship activities. We had a sharing assembly on Friday and the Power Point shows some examples of work from every Primary Class.
It was also Pyjama day on Friday and we were raising money for Water Aid. The School Council decided on what the Dress Up Day should be and what charity to support.
Thanks very much for all your contributions. We will let you know how much was raised for this very worthwhile charity.

Little Red Riding Hood workshops.

Following on from The Little Red Riding Hood puppet show that we watched on Tuesday 25th November, Yr1 & FS worked together on Thursday morning to undertake different activities.
The children worked in mixed groups decorating biscuits, making finger puppets, singing rhymes, designing a food basket and making collage pictures.

It was a great morning!

To round off Maths week, we had a lovely Maths filled Friday afternoon with all of Year One and Two doing Maths activities together! Here is one of the groups doing Smartie Maths! Ask the children to tell you what they did in all three groups!
How many Smarties are in a packet?
Is every packet the same?
